She holds multiple Personal Training certifications, including W.I.T.S (World Instructor Training School) which is American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified. She also holds up-to-date certifications in CPR, AED and First Aid. Her Health and Nutrition knowledge and insight are well worth the investment.
